Equilibrium is the only dedicated yoga and well-being centre in Peterborough offering an inspiring, peaceful and serene space to practice yoga and pilates.

The centre provides a safe, warm and supportive environment for personal growth, healing and simply enjoyment - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The team of teachers are highly qualified, knowledgeable and enthusiastic offering over 20 weekly classes. The centre also holds regular workshops and events with internationally renowned teachers from the US, UK and other parts of Europe to allow students to dive even deeper into the practices of yoga. Equilibrium strives to be highly professional, but warm and welcoming to everyone at the same time.

How to find us

Equilibrium is located at 31-32 Aston Business Park, Shrewsbury Avenue, Woodston PE2 7BX.

By car: we are ideally located, just a 10 minute drive from the A1/A14/A15/A605/A47 road links into the city. Free, ample parking is provided. The centre is to the rear of Southern and Scottish Energy’s offices.

By bus: Citi 1 buses run every 10 minutes to and from the city’s bus station. The closest stops on Shrewsbury Avenue are those outside Southern and Scottish Energy’s offices. The centre is to the rear of Southern and Scottish Energy’s offices. Please click her for bus timetable.

By train: Peterborough is well served by rail networks. If arriving by train, we are a 10 minute taxi ride and there are always taxis at the station.
