Hypnotherapy

Our complex minds
We are born with a mind full of blank pages. We have no experiences and are
virtually free of fear, with few desires other than the need to feed our
body and our brain. As we pass through life's experiences those blank
pages gradually fill. The things we touch, taste, see, hear and smell all
from part of who we are today. Constantly changing the person that we once
were. What we have experienced, witnessed and leant from birth right up to
this minute has shaped us into a unique individual. Ever evolving, ever
learning, gaining knowledge, and and experience thus informing the person
that we will become.
How does Hypnotherapy work?
The sub-conscious mind uses 80% of our brain. Hypnotherapy works by
communicating to the part of the mind that has stored all those fears and
bad habits that have been learnt and experienced. With the use of
suggestion, it enables you to be in a relaxed state of heightened awareness
and thus open to relaxing those negative behaviours and thoughts with much
more positive ones. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is the science of how
the brain codes learning and is key to achieving your life goals. It
provides the theory of how the brain works (neuro), how language interacts
with the brain (linguistic) and how we use this interaction to obtain the
results we want (programming). NLP is an effective and proven instrument in
enabling positive changes.

hypnotherapy and NLP be used for?
