The Centre Prior to opening the building has been completely rebuilt and refurbished to suit the needs of a modern yoga and well-being centre. The centre comprises of two sizeable yoga studios, which can be converted into a single space for larger workshops, and two luxurious therapy rooms. Large windows and high ceilings give the whole centre a wonderful air of space and light, while underfloor heating ensures the ideal temperature for practice and treatments. For your comfort and convenience, there are male and female changing rooms, showers and lockers and a central lounge area provides a chill-out/social area where you can enjoy complementary refreshments.
