Tips for complete beginners
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your first session, so that you can fill out a registration form and discuss any concerns or injuries you might have. Mats are provided, but it is recommended to bring your own mat if you have one. Please see "Tips for Beginners".

Class levels

Beginner courses - These courses are aimed at complete beginners and beginners, but are also useful for more experienced students who want to learn more about alignment and breath.

Basics
- These classes are geared towards beginners, but all levels are welcome. The emphasis is on correct alignment through detailed verbal instructions, adjustments and demonstration of poses.

Intermediate Flow - Perfect class if you want to transition from a beginner course or a basic class to a Jivamukti or Ashtanga open session. It is a slower moving vinyasa style flow class - ideal for complete beginners who like a stronger practice, experienced beginners or more advanced students who would like to refine their poses. Classes feature music, meditation and a philosophical theme.

Open - Open classes are challenging, but encompass all levels. Every student is encouraged to work to their own ability and limits.
