If you are a
beginner to yoga and would like to start slowly we recommend the
following classes:
Monday - 18.00-19.15 Hatha
Yoga Basics - 6 wk course
Tuesday - 10.00-11.15 - Hatha Basics
Tuesday - 16.30-17.30 - Forrest Basics
Tuesday - 18.00-19.15 - Dru Yoga - 6 wk course
Tuesday - 19.30-20.30 - Gentle Yoga
Wednesday - 18.15-19.15 - Hatha Beginner - 6wk course
Wednesday - 19.30-20.45 - Hatha
Basics - 6 week course
Alternatively, the following
classes are still suitable for beginners, but encompass more complex poses
and tend to be more physically challenging:
Monday - 19.45-21.00 - Forrest - Open class
Tuesday - 19.45-21.00 - Jivamukti - Beginner vinyasa
Thursday - 10.00 - 11.15 - Hatha Yoga
Thursday - 19.30-20.30 - Ashtanga Basics - 6 week course

Do I have to become a member?
No, you don't
have to. Although Equilibrium offers memberships you don't have to commit to
any number of classes. Pay as you go options are always available. If you

What to bring and wear
Please wear
comfortable clothing in which you can stretch easily. Track suit bottoms or
leggings and a T-Shirt are fine. Although mats are provided, we recommend to
bring your own mat. Mats can also be purchased from the centre.
Other
Avoid eating
heavy meals at least 2 hours before the practice.
Please arrive about 5-10 minutes before your first class, so you have enough
time to fill out a registration form and discuss any concerns you might have
with your teacher.
